James McErlean Group creates company introductions to Architects Designers, Property Investors, Project Management, Construction Groups and Individuals who are looking to source better supply and service providers with in their related Industry. Our source and secure network currently provides both Construction ,Mechanical and Electrical, Interior Fit Out, Flooring service providers with clients that enables them to source, tender and secure the project. Our current network offers projects in the UK, Germany and Middle-East.
The James McErlean Group source and secure network sets up the Introduction between our client and the Network service providers that vary from Construction companies to specialist suppliers. The source and secure network introduce business and Contracts, without any Business Development Costs to the network member, ensuring that the network member is winning contracts with no outlay.
The James McErlean Group source and secure network can only work with a certain number of specialist companies in any one sector. Selection for any Project is based on location and size of the client project on offer. We ensure that we provide our network with contacts and jobs that they can specifically carry out to meet their requirments.
What We Do
The James McErlean source and secure network introduce you to the client and the project. We will ensure that you receive all documents for any Project our client may have. We do not allow our clients to send the tender to more than two network members in the same specialist sector for any one Project.
James McErlean Group source and secure also provides our network team, with the engagement of suppliers, trades and specialist skills or services in Project locations worldwide.
Becoming Part of our Network
James McErlean Group source and secure can only provide Contact and Project introductions to Companies who can demonstrate that they hold all the relevant criteria and have the experience.. James McErlean Group source and secure and only introduce to a maximum of two members at any one time to a project. We always try to ensure that contacts and projects are delivered on location and project value experience ensuring that the network engages smaller suppliers or service providers within the network.
On receiving your enquiry to join the network we will then speak with your company to determine in what sector and location you require work. We can only introduce projects to any company on acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of business by one and all Directors.
