With over 22 years of working within the Industry, we know what both the client and our workforce require. We take pride in our standards of quality workmanship and the reputation that this has given us. We have the CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Certificate of Employers Commitment. Our workforce will be 100% certified in line with the Main Contractors structure. James McErlean Group are already certified by the CSCS. Safety is a top priority. Where necessary we always provide Method statements, Risk assessments and COSHH details at a pre start meeting before any staff are supplied.
To find the staff needed a number of sources or tools will be used including, allocating our own core staff and operative workforce, recommendations, social media, online or offline advertising and other forms of networking. We work with a network training scheme providers to ensure that the skills customers need are moving through our system, if we can get the opportunity we'll help customers plan forward with staff and workforce requirements to make sure HR and operational deadlines are met. If we are engaging contract or temporary staff or workers then our independent compliance unit will run a range of protocols to make sure our service remains safe and within statutory or regulatory frameworks. We also take time to manage the whole workforce to help improve loyalty and reliability which has a positive impact on customer service.
